**House Rules:**
- Check-in: 4:00 pm
- Check-out: 10:00 am
- Please adhere to our house rules: No pets, parties, or smoking allowed. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.

- Disney is just 7 miles away, while Universal Studios is 15 miles.
- A quick 5-minute drive will take you to the clubhouse.

- Bedroom #2 - Mickey room: Bunk bed (Full + Twin + Rollover)

- Bedroom #5: King bed for a peaceful night's rest
**Outdoor Bliss:**
- Pool Depth - Up to Maximum 5 Feet

**Amenities for a Perfect Stay:**
- Your kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you could desire.
- Essential amenities are provided for your first use, including dishwasher soap, washing machine materials, trash bags, sponges, hair shampoo and conditioner, body soap, dishes detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Request a High Chair and Pack 'n Play at no extra cost before your arrival.
**Pool Heat:**
- Pool heat is available for $30 a day and is recommended from October 31st to March 31st. Add it to your reservation for added comfort.
**Cleaning Excellence:**
- Our professional laundry service follows strict cleanliness standards. They perform a high-temperature wash at a 5-star laundry facility, also used by major companies such as Disney World Resorts and top-ranking hotels. The objective is to exterminate any bacteria on every linen, bed sheet, and pillowcase, all delivered wrapped and sealed for your peace of mind. The same standard applies to brand new, ironed towels, pool towels (if applicable), face towels, and washcloths, all provided in ample quantities to better accommodate your needs.

A one-time departure cleaning fee is applied to all stays. Please note that daily maid service is NOT included, but you can inquire about our additional service pricing.
